About AG Equine Services
I didn’t grow up in the horse industry, but once I found it, I knew I never wanted to leave. What started as a love for horses quickly became a passion and a career. I worked my way up through the ranks, mucking stalls and taking on whatever work I could to pay for riding lessons and spend more time in the saddle.
Eventually, that path led me to ACC, where I earned my certifications in Equine Training and Management. After ACC, I continued my education through higher-level equine programs, earning certifications in a wide range of areas including breeding, artificial insemination, stallion management, and more. Today, I serve as an Assistant Instructor for the Equine Training and Management program at ACC, helping educate and mentor the next generation of horsemen and women.
My horsemanship is deeply rooted in the Spanish California/Nevada tradition, emphasizing patience, precision, and building a true partnership between horse and rider. I work with horses at every stage, from young prospects and colt starting to seasoned performance horses. I have always had a soft spot for the “rough around the edges” horses that need a little more time, understanding, and effort.
For me, the goal is to develop a well-rounded, responsive, confident, and happy horse while building a partnership that lasts.
